Oh, it’s unofficial summertime. And Rumson-Fair Haven area folks have been soaking up the positive beaching it vibes and renewal of close encounters with their days at the beach and clubbing it, as they do.
Rumson-Sea Bright Bridge construction work remains status quo, with the exception of major roadwork on the Rumson side continuing this week. All construction continues on the usual 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. schedule though Friday, weather permitting.

The cause of a pedestrian being fatally struck by a motor vehicle in Spring Lake Heights is currently under investigation, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago and Spring Lake Heights Police Department Chief Edward W. Gunnell announced in a joint statement on Sunday.
