Longtime Little Silver resident, Elizabeth Morgan Miltenberger, also know as Liz and Biz, died peacefully on Dec. 22 at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank. She was 91.

In Memoriam: Fair Havenite Lucille Reifsnyder Herr, 97

Fair Havenite Lucille Reifsnyder Herr passed away peacefully on Dec. 14. She was 97.

“She was a caring wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Among other things, she enjoyed her family, traveling, theatre, golf and
socializing with friends.”

Lucille was born on Feb. 4, 1924 in Lebanon, PA. After high school, she studied at Rider College before marrying Edwin F. Herr Jr. and raising three sons, Edwin III, Christopher and Douglas.

Lucille is survived by: her three sons, five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

A private ceremony will be held at a future date.
