Criminal Incidents

• The theft of a Big Ripper SE bicycle, valued at $1,500, from the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on July 30.

Patrolman Piero Vescio took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Maple Avenue was reported on July 30. Graffiti was scrolled on a billboard.

Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Catherine Street was reported on July 29. The side of a building was tagged (graffiti) in blue paint.

Patrolman Christopher Fuentes took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Broad Street was reported on July 29. The owner of a property reported the front window of a business, valued at $1,000, was broken.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Broad Street was reported on July 29. The owner of a business reported damage to a yellow mop bucket, valued at $75, owned by the business.

• The theft of a Jimmie Huang wedding dress, valued at $3,200, from a Monmouth Street business was reported on July 28.

• The theft of four bottles of Casamigos Reposado Tequila, valued at $258, from a Broad Street business was reported on July 24.

• An incident of criminal mischief in Marine Park was reported on July 23. The playground was tagged with black paint.

Patrolman Kristin Altimari took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on July 20. A resident reported a building was tagged with blue and green paint.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Leighton Avenue was reported on July 20. A patrol officer reported graffiti. Multiple road signs were tagged with paint.

• An incident of criminal mischief, graffiti, in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on July 18. An owner of a business reported a building was tagged with white and black paint.

Patrolman Kristin Altimari took the report.

• The theft of a license plate from a vehicle in the area of Newman Springs Road was reported on July 17.

Patrolman Christian Nelson took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief, graffiti, in the area of Maple Avenue was reported on July 13. An employee reported that multiple areas in the parking lot of a business were tagged with white, yellow, and purple paint.

Patrolman Preston Mellaci took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief, graffiti, in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on July 13. The owner of a business reported that the rear of the building was tagged with red and blue paint.

Patrolman Frank Metta took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on July 11. The owner of a business reported damage to an American flag displayed on the front of the business. The flag was valued at $60.

• The shoplifting of $136.44 worth of merchandise from a Water Street business was reported on July 11.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Oakland Street was reported on July 11. An employee reported damage to a folding table valued at $40.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Leighton Avenue ws reported on July 9. The caller reported that a stop sign, sidewalk, and a vacant residence were tagged with spray paint.

Patrolman Luke Cahill took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of W. Bergen Place was reported on July 9. A patrol officer reported that the wall of a building was tagged with blue spray paint.

• The theft of $400 in cash from a wallet that was left at a Broad Street business was reported on July 9.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Globe Court was reported on July 7. The owner of a vehicle reported damage to the hood and front driver’s side fender.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Locust Avenue was reported on July 3. It was reported that a fence, slide and other parts of the property were tagged with purple spray paint.

Arrrests

• David, Martinez, 18, of Newark, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on July 31 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Cristian Rivas-Beltran, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on July 29 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.

• Juan Paulino-Guerrero, 41, of Bronx, NY, was arrested in the area of Tilton Avenue on July 26 and charged with receiving stolen property, hindering apprehension and criminal simulation by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Jonothan Ramos-De La Rosa, 39, of Bronx, NY, was arrested in the area of Tilton Avenue on July 26 and charged with receiving stolen property, hindering apprehension and criminal simulation by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Yoryi Quezada-Paulino, 41, of Bronx, NY, was arrested in the area of Tilton Avenue on July 26 and charged with receiving stolen property by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Nickoy Walters, 28, of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on July 23 and charged with obstructing the administration of law and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Christian Nelson.

• Anthony Rosario, 31, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of N. Bridge Avenue on July 22 and charged with defiant trespass and contempt of court by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Marco Peralta-Santos, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bank Street on July 20 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.

• Robert Meloni, 58, of Bridgeton, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on July 18 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of prescription legend drugs by Patrolman Luke Cahill.

• Amanda Siecinski, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area o f W. Sunset Avenue on July 17 and charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Jose Gomez-Pineda, 48, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on July 17 and charged with criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child by Sgt. James Deponte.

• Tracie Royster, 52, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on July 13 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Luke Cahill.

• Oscar Martinez-Lopez, 41, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of W. Front Street on July 12 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.

• Cristian Olivero, 27, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on July 12 and charged with burglary, criminal mischief, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose and harassment.

• Johnny Vargas, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on July 9 and charged with unlawful possession of a handgun, possession of weapons for unlawful purpose, possession of penetrating bullets, and possession of large capacity ammo magazine by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Kevin Aguilar-Aguilar, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on July 9 and charged with unlawful possession of a handgun, possession of weapons for unlawful purpose, possession of penetrating bullets, and possession of large capacity ammo magazine by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Jordan Diaz-Jose, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on July 9 and charged with unlawful possession of a handgun, possession of weapons for unlawful purpose, possession of penetrating bullets and possession of large capacity ammo magazine by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Pepita Gonzalez-Gadson, 30, of Red Bank was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on July 9 and charged with unlawful possession of a handgun, possession of weapons for unlawful purpose, possession of penetrating bullets, possession of large capacity ammo magazine, possession of CDS and manufacturing or distributing CDS or intent to distribute CDS by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Christopher Russell, 49, of Montclair, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on July 8 and charged with criminal mischief and contempt of court by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Anthony Rosario, 30, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of N. Bridge Avenue on July 8 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Rogelio Palacios-Prado, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on July 3 and charged with obstructing administration of law by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.

• Jessica Martinez-Pena, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on July 3 and charged with obstructing administration of law and defiant trespass by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.

• Jessica Steele, 35, of Tuckerton, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on July 3 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.

• Jose Sanchez-Martinez, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on July 3 and charged with obstructing administration of law and defiant trespass by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.

• Hugo Sanchez-Pena, 37, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on July 3 and charged with obstructing administration of law and defiant trespass by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Eriberto Barreto-Paredes, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of E. Bergen Place on July 2 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.

• Felix Camargo-Flores, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on July 1 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.
