Police Report: Assault, Drugs, DUI, Credit Card Theft

The following September arrests were reported by Sea Bright police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Kristin G. Fawcett, 45, of West Long Branch, was arrested on Sept. 23 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI), reckless driving, driving on the sidewalk and operating an unregistered vehicle by Patrolman Ty Manning.

• Luke M. Fanizzi, 22, of Montvale, was arrested on Sept. 17 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Ty Manning.

• Martin A. Fanizzi, 54, of Montvale, was arrested on Sept. 17 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Ty Manning.

• Gary G. Durocher, 56, of Monmouth Beach, was arrested on Sept. 16 and charged with driving while under the influence (DUI) by Special Officer Class II Robert Alvator.

• Courtney R. Wilbanks, 23, of Oceanport, was arrested on Sept. 16. and charged with credit card theft.

• Malgorzata M. Serafin-Fahimi, 55, of Franklin Lakes, was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with driving while under the influence (DUI) by Special Officer Class II M. Twining.

• Gary G. Durocher, 56, of Monmouth Beach, was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Special Officer Class II Robert Alvator.

• David A. Cruz, 29, of Garwood, was arrested on Sept. 3 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Special Officer Class II M. Twining.
