Prosecutor: Red Bank Man Pleads Guilty to Charges He Secretly Videotaped 27 Women, Children’s Intimate Parts

An area man who has pleaded guilty to recording videos of unknowing or unconsenting women and juveniles’ intimate parts at local stores and in their homes is likely facing a prison sentence, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago announced on Tuesday.
