A Monmouth County Grand Jury has declined to file criminal charges against a Fair Haven police officer in connection with a 2024 non-fatal police-involved shooting in Rumson, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago announced on Tuesday.
The following May arrests were reported by Fair Haven police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Both Fair Haven and Red Bank police have issued alerts and advisories pertaining to the latest spike in car burglaries and attempted thefts.
