Fair Haven Police Report: Defiant Trespass, DUI, Contempt Warrants

The following October arrests were reported by Fair Haven police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Erica L. Chapman, 42, of Fair Haven, was arrested on Oct. 30 by Patrolman Liam Stephens and charged with an outstanding warrant for contempt of court from the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.

• Michael J. Armenia, 75, of Matawan, was arrested on Oct. 25 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI) by Patrolman Sean Langan.

• Kevin J. Robertson, 23, of Lakewood, was arrested on Oct. 10 subsequent to a motor vehicle stop for a warrant for failure to appear in Glassboro by Cpl. John Koetzner. He was processed and released on his own recognizance with a new court date.

• Jonathan M. Burgos, 23, of Jackson, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman William Lagrotteria. 

• Erubiel Nim, 43, of Asbury Park, was arrested on Oct. 7 and charged with an outstanding warrant in Ocean Township in the amount of $1,500 by Sgt. Jesse Dykstra. Nim was processed, paid 10 percent cash bail and was released with a new court date in Ocean Township.
