The following January arrests were reported by Fair Haven police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• Justin J. Fuget, 19, of Rumson, was arrested on Jan. 25 and charged with theft by Patrolman William Lagrotteria after police found him in possession of two stolen credit cards.
• Austin B. Bailey, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 16 and charged with disorderly conduct by Cpl. John Koetzner.
