Prosecutor: Former Teacher Indicted for Child Sexual Abuse, Assault of Teen Student

A former intermediate school teacher has been indicted on child sexual abuse and assault charges stemming from alleged incidents with a teenage student, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago announced on Tuesday.

Allison Havemann-Niedrach, 44, of Jackson, a former Freehold Intermediate School teacher, has been charged with: first-degree aggravated sexual assault, first-degree endangering the welfare of a child via manufacture of child sexual abuse materials (CSAM), two counts of second-degree endangering, second-degree official misconduct, second-degree sexual assault, and third-degree endangering.

The case background …

An investigation involving members of the MCPO Special Victims Bureau and members of the Freehold Borough Police Department revealed that the alleged criminal conduct by Havemann-Niedrach began in early 2024. She was arrested in June of 2024.
