Longtime Fair Havenite Cathy Tucker Guba passed away on April 24 at her home in the borough. She was 66.
“Cathy’s infectious smile and loving personality captured the hearts of all who knew her. She was an avid gardener, baker and an accomplished equestrian. Her animals held a special place in her life.

Born on Dec. 7,1958, in Chicago, IL, Cathy was a graduate of Middletown North High School and attended Catholic University in Washington D.C. For many years she was office manager and assistant at her father’s dental practice in Middletown.
Cathy is survived by: her husband, Phil; her sisters, Susan and Maureen; and her brothers, John and Chris.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom and Joan; and her brother, Michael.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Agnes R.C. Church in Atlantic Highlands on Wednesday, April 30, at 11 a.m.. She will be interred afterwards at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Middletown.
