Police: Contempt Arrest; $100K Bail & More

The following recent contempt of court arrests were made and reported by Middletown police:

• Thomas Menendez, 51, of Geary Drive in Middletown, was arrested on Oct. 5 by Patrolman Greg Buhowski on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Perth Amboy Municipal Court.

He was held on $100,000 bail.

• Scott Horst, 36, of Ralph Street in Belleville, was arrested on Oct. 4 by Patrolman Thomas Hughes for violation of a court order.

He was held on $2,500 bail, set by Judge Bauman of the Monmouth County Superior Court.

Police Arrest Several on Contempt Charges

The following recent arrests on contempt of court warrants were made and reported by Middletown police:

• Christopher Ditursi, 50, of Deepdale Drive in Middletown, was arrested on Sept. 25 by Patrolman Joseph Alhemeyer on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.

He was held pending a court date.

• Shakie Johnson, 18, of Shephard Avenue in East Orange, was arrested on Sept. 24 by Patrolman Brady Carr on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,000 bail.

Rumson Police Make Several DUI Arrests

The following arrests were made by Rumson police in August and September. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Julia Mannion, 21, of Fair Haven, was arrested on Aug. 13 in the area of Hartshorne Lane and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Daniel Campanella .

• Paul Ritchie, 45, of Monmouth Beach, was arrested on Aug. 14 in the area of Ridge Road and Bingham Avenue and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) b Patrolman Daniel Campanella.

Area Man Arrested on Violation of Court Order, Contempt; $21K Bail

The following recent arrests on contempt of court warrants were made and reported by Middletown police:

• Robert Mason, 36, of Shore Boulevard in Keansburg, was arrested on Sept. 14 by Detective Keith Hirschbein and charged with providing false Information to a police officer and on contempt of court warrants issued by the Highlands, Holmdel and Phillipsburg municipal courts.

He was held on $6,005 bail.

• Howard Eastmond, 34, of Thompson Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Sept. 16 by Police Officer Erica Weeks and charged with violation of a court order and on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $21,124 bail.

• Eric Collins, 36, of Neptune Place in Middletown, was arrested on Sept.14 by Patrolman Ryan Maguire and  charged with simple assault and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keyport Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $778 bail.

Police: Report of Terroristic Threats & More

The following recent reports of a criminal incident and arrests were made by Shrewsbury police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Crime 

• There was a complaint of terroristic threats in the area of Parker Place on Sept. 9. The victim reported getting harassing messages from an unknown person.

Patrolman Matthew Clark is investigating.

Arrests

• Roosevelt McDonald III, 33, of Asbury Park, was arrested on Sept. 3 on a contempt of court warrant in the area o f Shrewsbury Avenue by Patrolman Tracy Polk.

• James L. Dotts, 38, of Long Branch, was arrested Sept. 9 on a contempt of court warrant in the area of Sycamore Avenue by Patrolman Mary Ellen Rumola.

• Lamecca Ellenwood, 28, of Asbury Park, was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with shoplifting and contempt of court in the area of Broad Street by Patrolman Mary Ellen Rumola.

• Shalonda Robinson, 43, of Ocean Grove, was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with shoplifting in the area of Broad Street by Patrolman Mary Ellen Rumola.

• Nikeya T. Anderson, 28, of Neptune, was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with shoplifting and contempt of court in the area of Broad Street by Patrolman Mary Ellen Rumola.

• Tracey E. Ashe, 37, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on Sept. 11 on a contempt of court warrant in the area of Sycamore Avenue by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.

 

Police: Area Man Arrested on Warrant for Drug Dealing Conspiracy Charges

The following recent contempt of court arrests were made and reported by Middletown police:

• David Mason, 29, of North Fox Avenue in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Sept. 12 by Patrolman Nicholas Fenezia on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown and Sayreville municipal courts.

He was held on $2,250 bail.

• Kiera Ferreira, 29, of North Concourse Road in Keyport, was arrested on Aug. 27 by Patrolman Jesse Toma on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $750 bail.

He was released after posting $250 bail.

• Linda Wahler, 51, of Henry Street in South Amboy, was arrested on Aug. 14 by Patrolman Nicholas Fenezia on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $500 bail.

• James Rice, 25, of Creek Road in Hazlet, was arrested on July 27 by Patrolman Christopher Menendez on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Belmar Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $500 bail.

• John Balzer, 27, of Cherry Tree Lane in Middletown, was arrested on July 29 by Detective First Class Daniel Sullivan on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keyport Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $250 bail.

• Curtis Jones, 47, of Roosevelt Avenue in Carteret, was arrested on July 28 by Patrolman John Soltysik on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,000 bail.

• Ashley Mowery, 26, of Applegate Street in Red Bank, was arrested on July 29 by Lieutenant Michael Kenney on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $500 bail.

• Carlos Maxime, 36, of Hancock Street in Keansburg, was arrested on July 31 by Patrolman Savvas Roumeliotis on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $500 bail.

• Diana Roth, 20, of Lorillard Avenue in Union Beach, was arrested on Aug. 2 by Patrolman Thomas Foster on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown and Keansburg municipal courts.

She was held on $1,540 bail.

• Walter Finley, 25, of Cliffwood Avenue in Cliffwood, was arrested on Aug. 2 by Patrolman Nicholas Haines on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Borden Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $500 bail.

• Chad Hacker, 41, of Day Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 3 by Patrolman Michael Heaton on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Howell Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $750 bail.

Three Area Men Arrested on Warrants for Burglary & Criminal Restraint Charges

The following recent arrests on contempt of court charges were made and reported by Middletown police:

• Jamie Reynolds, 30, of Carr Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on July 20 by Patrolman Brady Carr on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court.

She was held on $500 bail.

• Eric Fox, 44, of Lakeside Drive in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on July 21 by Patrolman Christian Clark on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail.

• Kevin Gesualdo, 24, of Sunset Place in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on July 23 by Sgt. Gerald Weimer on a warrant issued by the Toms River Police Department for robbery and criminal restraint.

He was transferred to Toms River Police.

Police: Several Arrested on Contempt Charges

The following recent arrests were made and reported by Middletown police:

• James Cook, 53, of North Washington Avenue in Wilkes Barre, PA, was arrested on July 14 by Patrolman Christopher Dee on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $1,000 bail.

• Paul Blouin, 55, of Beach Street in Rockaway, NY, was arrested on July 15 by Patrolman Ryan Riffert on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown, Northfield, Bass River, Sayreville and Wall municipal courts.

He was held on $5,502 bail.

• Candace Read, 35, of Railroad Avenue in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on July 15 by Detective Keith Hirschbein on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Hazlet Municipal Court.

She was held on $501 bail.

• Patrick Weinheimer, 32, of Mary Mind Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on July 15 by Detective Daniel Sullivan on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Hazlet Municipal Court.

He was held on $501 bail.

• Teresa Fennell, 52, of Grand Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on July 15 by Patrolman Christian Clark on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $500 bail.

• Thomas Schnoor, 19, of Glenmary Avenue in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on July 15 by Detective Daniel Sullivan on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,000 bail.

• Chad Hacker, 41, of Day Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on July 15 by Patrolman Michael Heaton on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Howell Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $500 bail.

• Paige Coward, 53, of Latham Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on July 16 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $500 bail.

• Timothy Kitson, 42, of Van Gelder Street in Tamaqua, PA, was arrested on July 16 by Patrolman Richard Belmonte on contempt of court warrants issued by the Woodbridge, Union Beach, Newark and Holmdel municipal courts.

He was held on $6,850 bail.

• Nickya Sanchez-Williams, 37, of Center Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on July 17 by Patrolman Scott Davis on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $250 bail.

• Kristina Bufano, 52, of Cherry Tree Lane in Middletown, was arrested on July 17 by Patrolman Scott Davis on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Marlboro Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $350 bail.

• Osiel Gomez-Garcias, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 12 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
