Arresting News: Contempt of Court

The following recent arrests on contempt of court warrants were made and reported by Middletown police:

• Thomas May, 44, of Harmony Road in Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 14 by Patrolman Nicholas Haines on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $1,000 bail.

• Gene Gallo, 44, of Waterman Avenue in Sea Bright, was arrested on Nov. 14 by Patrolman John Mele on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $600 bail.

• Teddy Betesh, 21, of Robin Court in West Long Branch, was arrested on Nov. 13 by Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $500 bail.

• Gregory Kemp, 39, of School Street in Piscataway, was arrested on Nov. 12 by Patrolman Ryan Maguire on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $250 bail.

• Kevin McGonigle, 32, of Stuyvesant Road in Brick, was arrested on Nov. 12 by Patrolman Patrick Leonard on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Tinton Falls Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $531 bail.

• On Nov. 14, Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth arrested a 17-year-old female juvenile from Keansburg on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $1,000 bail.

• Lea Dorfschneider, 23, of Tennent Avenue in Englishtown, was arrested on Nov. 16 by Police Officer Tara Stucy on a violation of probation warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.

She was held pending a court date.

• Ariele Hilton, 24, from Route 545 in Chesterfield, was arrested on Nov. 17 by Patrolman Christopher Dee on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown and Millstone municipal courts.

He was released after posting $1,000 bail.

• Gardy Dorsainval, 29, of Fairview Place in Hillside, was arrested on Nov. 17 by Patrolman Christopher Menendez on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $900 bail.

• Susan Callari, 42, from Heights Terrace in Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 18 by Cpl. Carl Roth on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $1,000 bail.

• Ryan Gillard, 31, of Ramsey Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on Nov. 19 by Patrolman Richard Fulham on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown, Hazlet and Keyport municipal courts.

He was released after posting $1,040 bail.

• Michael Thomas, 25, of Seeley Street in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 19 by Patrolman Richard Fulham on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released on his own recognizance.

• Arthur Mathurin, 24, of Crawford Street in Eatontown, was arrested on Nov. 20 by Patrolman Christopher Dee on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $500 bail.

• Wayne Battista, 39, of North Park Avenue in West Keansburg, was arrested on Nov. 20 by Patrolman Ryan Maguire on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown and Little Silver municipal courts.

He was released after posting $2,750 bail.

• Michael Dewey, 24, of Behan Court in Staten Island, NY, was arrested on Nov. 25 by Cpl. Mark Ward on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Wildwood City Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $500 bail set by Judge Dorothy Incarvito.

• Sean Lynch, 30, of Rutledge Drive in Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 26, 2015 by Patrolman Michael Reuter on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,582 bail.

• Daniel Smith, 23, of Williamson Court in Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 26 by Patrolman Michael Reuter on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $500 bail.

• Hunter Long, 18, of Valley Drive in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Nov. 25 by Patrolman Scott Davis on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $350 bail, set by Judge Nicole Sonnenblick.

• Patrick Collins, 24, from Route 33 in Neptune, was arrested on Nov. 25 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,500 bail.
