Police: Area Man Arrested on Warrant for Drug Dealing Conspiracy Charges

The following recent contempt of court arrests were made and reported by Middletown police:

• David Mason, 29, of North Fox Avenue in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Sept. 12 by Patrolman Nicholas Fenezia on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown and Sayreville municipal courts.

He was held on $2,250 bail.

• Christina Manion, 36, of Staysail Court in Bayville, was arrested on Sept. 4 by Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was held on $1,000 bail.

• Jessica Pascalli, 32, of Liberty Street in Middletown, was arrested on Sept. 8 by Patrolman Ian May on contempt of court warrants issued by the Brick Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $750 bail.

• Derek Drummond, 20, of Ocean Avenue in Long Branch, was arrested on Sept. 9 by Patrolman John Walsifer on contempt of court warrants issued by the Aberdeen Municipal Court.

He was held on $478 bail.

• Christopher Allan, 34, of Acorn Drive in Brick, was arrested on Sept. 9 by Patrolman Ryan Maguire on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,000 bail.

• Samadd Jenkins, 20, of Stuyvesant Avenue in Irvington, was arrested on Sept. 7 by Patrolman Scott Davis on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Newark Municipal Court.

He was held on $500 bail.

• Wei Xu, 28, of 17th Avenue in Brooklyn, NY, was arrested on Sept. 10 by Patrolman Michael Heaton on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $1,250 bail.

• Thomas Jaegel, 41, of Leonardville Road in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Sept. 10 by Detective Keith Hirschbein on a warrant issued by the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office for conspiracy to distribute a controlled dangerous substance.

He was held pending a court date.

• John Underwood, 50, of Lind Drive in Middletown, was arrested on Sept. 10 by Patrolman Thomas Hughes on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $1,717 bail.

• David Anderson, 28, of Union Beach, was arrested on Sept. 11 by Patrolman John Mele on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Oceanport Municipal Court.

He was held on $808 bail.

• Robert Dunn, 24, of Tenth Street in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Sept. 13 by Patrolman Greg Buhowski on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown and Keansburg municipal courts.

He was held on $550 bail.

• Michael Burgos, 22, of Moore Avenue in Woodbridge, was arrested on Sept. 13 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown, South Brunswick and Sayreville municipal courts.

He was held on $3,428 bail.
