• Davion Watkins, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 4 in the area of Leroy Place and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Christopher Gibbons, 47, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 4 in the area of Spring Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

Criminal incidents
• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred at a Waverly Place residence on Sept. 15. The victim reported that someone tampered with the front door lock and dead bolt, causing damage.
Patrolman Dawn Shield took the report.
• A theft was reported to have occurred at Riverview Plaza on Sept. 15. The victim reported that while in the emergency room of the hospital, two prescription bottles containing medication and her social security card were stolen from her pocketbook.
Patrolman Kristin Altimari took the report.
• A theft was reported to have occurred on Sept. 17 at a South Street residence. The caller reported that within the past 10 days, someone stole an antique armoire from the barn on her property.
Patrolman Gary Watson took the report.
• A robbery was reported to have occurred on Bridge Avenue on Sept. 18. There was a report of six black males assaulting three Hispanic people. Cash was reportedly stolen from the victims’ pockets and the perpetrators fled on foot.

The following recent contempt of court arrests were made and reported by Middletown police:
• David Mason, 29, of North Fox Avenue in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Sept. 12 by Patrolman Nicholas Fenezia on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown and Sayreville municipal courts.
He was held on $2,250 bail.

• Andrew Selim, 31, of Ocean Grove, was arrested on Sept. 4 in the area of W. Front Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), possession of a CDS, marijuana under 50 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia by Sgt. Heather Pubylski.
• David Searight, 20, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on Sept. 3 in the area of W. Sunset Avenue and charged with criminal attempt, burglary and defiant trespass by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.

• Leonardo Bambina, 42, of Terry Lane in Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 25 by Patrolman Christopher Dee on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
He was released posting $250 bail.
• Kiera Ferreira, 29, of North Concourse Road in Keyport, was arrested on Aug. 27 by Patrolman Jesse Toma on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
She was released after posting $750 bail.

• A 17-year-old juvenile female, of the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested by Patrolman Thomas Doremus on Aug. 27 in the area of Newman Springs Road and charged with possession of prescription legend drugs, possession of a CDS (less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• James Williams, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 26 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with possession of a CDS, cocaine, unlawful possession of a handgun, person unauthorized to have a weapon, possession of a CDS, crack cocaine, and obstructing administration of the law by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
• Termarca Davis, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 26 in the area of Montgomery Terrace and charged with obstruction of the administration of law by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
• Angelo Dolce, 26, of Staten Island, NY, was arrested on Aug. 26 in the area of N. Bridge Avenue and charged with possession of a CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Michael Rascio, 40, of Belford, was arrested on Aug. 25 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with burglary, criminal mischief and theft by Sgt. Heather Publyski.
• Theodore Knowles, 28, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on Aug. 24 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with contempt of court by Patrolman Jorge Torres.
• Kenneth Carpenter, 51, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 24 in the area of River Street and charged with resisting arrest and obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.
• A 15-year-old male juvenile, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on Aug. 23 in the area of W. Front Street and charged with attempting to elude police, obstructing the administration of law and simple assault by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
• A 16-year-old male juvenile, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 23 in the area of W. Front Street and charged with simple assault by Patrolman George Travostino.
• Julianna Schultz, 46, of Holmdel, was arrested on Aug. 23 in the area of Riverview Plaza and charged with DWI (driving while intoxicated) by Patrolman George Travostino.
• Robert Front, 44, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 23 in the area of West Street and charged with simple assault and contempt of court by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Terrence Fitzpatrick, 51, of Marlboro, was arrested on Aug. 23 in the area of Riverview Plaza and charged with obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
• Alexander Fiducia, 26, of Neptune, was arrested on Aug. 23 in the area of W. Front Street and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
• Tiarra Rivera, 22, of Freehold, was arrested on Aug. 23 in the area of E. Front Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stan Balmer.
• Gregory Barich, 47, of Monmouth Beach, was arrested on Aug. 23 in the area of Harrison Avenue and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Dawn Shields.
• Michael Allgood, 49, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 22 in the area of Catherine Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
• Sam Levine, 19, of Little Silver, was arrested on Aug. 21 in the area of E. Newman Springs Road and charged with attempting to purchase alcohol while being under age by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Barbara Reeves, 38, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on Aug. 20 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with DWI (driving while intoxicated by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Ryan Holfer, 26, of Rutledge Drive in Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 4 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property.
He was held on $23,500 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Taylor Hendricks, 28, of Rutledge Drive in Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 4 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was held on $21,000 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• On Aug. 3, Patrolman Kent Thornton arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from Middletown and charged him with criminal mischief.
He was released pending a court date.
• On Aug. 3, Patrolman Raymond Sofield arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile form Eatontown and charged him with simple assault.
He was released pending a court date.
• Brooke Elliott, 20, of Hudson Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Aug. 5 by Patrolman Michael Reuter and charged with driving while intoxicated.
She was released pending a court date.
• Huseyin Colak, 40, of Brookside Drive in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 5 by Patrolman Christopher Menendez and charged with simple assault.
He was held on $2,500 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Christopher Sclavunos, 35, of Frazee Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on Aug. 5 by Detective First Class Kelly Godley.
He was held on $10,000 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Daniel Taylor, 26, of Cedar Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 6 by Patrolman Antonio Ciccone and charged with stalking.
He was held on $2,500 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• James Behne, 46, of Pinebrook Road in Eatontown, was arrested on Aug. 9 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and charged with driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to taking of breath samples.
He was released pending a court date.
• Jenny Taveras, 32, of Clover Road in Maple Shade, was arrested on August 11 by Interim Sgt. Charles Higgins and charged with driving while intoxicated.
She was released pending a court date.
• On Aug. 11, Patrolman Frank Mazza arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from Red Bank, and charged him with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of fireworks.
He was released pending a court date.
The following arrests were made and reported in the month of July by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• Patrolman Anthony Ciambrone on July 1 arrested Sayyied Rida, 36, of Red Bank, on a warrant issued by Detective Christopher Isherwood for theft by deception with a loss of $2,140.
Rida was released on bail of $2500 with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Sgt. Ronald Vilardi on July 3 arrested Michelle Waldron, 39, of Fair Haven on a contempt of court charge.
Waldron was released after posting $1000 bail, set by the Fair Haven Municipal Court.
• Patrolman Daniel Campanella and Special Officer Michael Berger arrested two juveniles on July 4 in the area of Blackpoint Road and Navesink Avenue and charged them with disorderly conduct and maintaining a nuisance, after observing approximately 100 juveniles leaving a party.
The matters were referred to the juvenile division.
• Capt. Jeff Nixon arrested Michael Gambino, 32, of Highlands on July 6 on two contempt of court warrants out of Little Silver ($216) and Tinton Falls ($751).
Gambino was released after posting full bail.
• Special Officer Grace Maggiulli arrested a male juvenile on July 9 in the area of Ridge Road and Center Street and charged him with disorderly conduct and minor in possession of alcohol.
The subject was released to a parent and referred to the juvenile division.
• Patrolman Anthony Ciambrone arrested Connor Carroll, 19, of Tappan NY on July 11 in the area of North Ward Avenue and charged him with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and disorderly conduct.
Carroll was released pending court.
• Special Officer Michael Berger arrested Jose Valentin III, 31, of Egg Harbor City on July 13 in the area of 22 West River Road for the theft of approximately $12,895 from his employer.
Valentin was released after posting $25,000 bail set by Judge Alfred D’Auria.
• Patrolman Anthony Ciambrone and Detective Christopher Isherwood arrested Phillip Sturner, 30, of Rumson, and Christopher Sutphen, 19, of Monmouth Beach, on July 17 and charged them with robbery, simple assault and theft of services.
Sturner was transported to MCCI in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Sutphen was transported to MCCI in lieu of $50,000 bail.
• Patrolman Daniel Campanella and Detective Christopher Isherwood arrested Phillip Sturner, 30, of Rumson, on July 17 and charged him with aggravated assault, simple assault, and false imprisonment stemming from an investigation of two assaults that took place at an East River Road home on July 5.
Sturner was transported to MCCI in lieu of $50,000 bail, set by Judge Honora Kilgallen J.S.C.
• Patrolman Cody Lovgren arrested Paul Seyffart Jr., 20, of South Plainfield, on July 19 and charged him with driving under the influence (DUI) after he struck a parked vehicle on Maplewood Avenue.
Seyffart was released pending court.
