Police Report Theft, Burglary, Criminal Mischief, DWI, Drugs

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal incidents

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred at a Waverly Place residence on Sept. 15. The victim reported that someone tampered with the front door lock and dead bolt, causing damage.

• A theft was reported to have occurred at Riverview Plaza on Sept. 15. The victim reported that while in the emergency room of the hospital, two prescription bottles containing medication and her social security card were stolen from her pocketbook.

Patrolman Kristin Altimari took the report.

• A theft was reported to have occurred on Sept. 17 at a South Street residence. The caller reported that within the past 10 days, someone stole an antique armoire from the barn on her property.

Patrolman Gary Watson took the report.

• A robbery was reported to have occurred on Bridge Avenue on Sept. 18. There was a report of six black males assaulting three Hispanic people. Cash was reportedly stolen from the victims’ pockets and the perpetrators fled on foot.

Patrolman Benjamin Springer took the report.

• A theft was reported to have occurred on Sept. 22 on White Street. Someone was observed stealing a parking meter off the post, getting into their vehicle and fleeing the area.

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred on Sept. 23 on West Bergen Place. There was a report of a the window of a parked car being shattered.

Arrests

• Simone Moultrie-Pierre, 44, of Irvington, was arrested on Sept. 14 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with contempt of court and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Adolfo Franco-Franco, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 13  in the area of Mechanic Street and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Patrick Kennedy.

• Nicolas Flores, 25, of Middletown, was arrested on Sept. 12 in the area of Bridge Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Matt Ehrenreicht.

• Anthony Hesse, 50, of Toms River, was arrested on Sept. 10 in the area of White Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stan Balmer.

• Marika Laing, 51, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 10 in the area of Leighton Avenue and charged with contempt of court and resisting arrest by force by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Frank Ciampi, 41, of Cliffwood Beach, was arrested on Sept. 23 in the area of Navesink River Road and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI, under the influence of a CDS) and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• James Collins, 44, of Neptune, was arrested on Sept. 21 in the area of Newman Springs Road and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Stelle Danes, 44, of Long Island City, NY, was arrested on Sept. 20  in the area of Riverview Plaza and charged with aggravated assault by Patrolman David Smith.

Contempt of Court

• Tammy Crine, 48. of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 14in the area of Leighton Avenue on a contempt of court warrant (COC) by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Gustavo Poblano-Varela, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 13 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court warrant (COC) by Sgt. Heather Pubylski.

• Tariek Boynton, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 11 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court warrant (COC)  by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Iquan Rainey, 28, of Long Branch, was arrested on Sept. 10 in the area of Leighton Avenue on a contempt of court warrant (COC) by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Carol Rainey, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 10  in the area of Leighton Avenue on a contempt of court warrant (COC) by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Michael Linds, 27,  of Eatontown, was arrested on Sept. 23 in the area of Leonard Street on a contempt of court warrant (COC) by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Stephanie Thomas, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 23 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Robert Doran, 26, of Hoboken, was arrested on Sept. 22 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court warrant (COC) by Special Officer Michael Baron.

• James Collins, 44, of Neptune, was arrested on Sept. 21 in the area of Newman Springs Road on a contempt of court warrant (COC) by Patrolman David Smith.

• Kyree Farrow, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 21 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court warrant (COC) by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Perry Veney, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 19 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court warrant (COC) by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Kevin Geddes, 23, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 17  in the area of Earl Street on a contempt of court warrant (COC) by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
