Rumson Police Report: DUIs, Fugitive from Justice, Drug Paraphernalia

The following April arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Arrests

• Bridget Riepl, 42, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Bingham Avenue and West River Road on April 29 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Troy Malone.

Frashawn Anderson, 22, of the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Bingham Avenue and Oak Tree Lane on April 24 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman James Camilleri.

• Andrew Robinson, 56, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Ward Avenue on April 21 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and driving while suspended by Patrolman James Camilleri.

David Dolan, 42, of Neshanic Station, was arrested on April 19 on a fugitive from justice warrant out of Pennsylvania by S/O Joseph Pignataro. He was remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

• Joanna Robinson, 46, of Neptune, was arrested on the Oceanic Bridge on April 16 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and possession of drug paraphernalia by Ptl. James Camilleri.

• Dominic Avignone. 46, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Ward Avenue on April 16 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman James Camilleri.

• Pablo Salinas-Ortiz, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bingham Avenue and Ridge Road on April 4 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman James Camilleri.
