The following July criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The theft of a jacket containing $9 in cash and an ID card from the area of Chestnut Street was reported on July 25.
Patrolman Christopher Fuentes took the report.
• The theft of $80 in cash and an unknown amount of loose change was reported stolen from a vehicle in the area of West Street on July 25.

• The theft of a TD Bank debit card and $400 in cash was reported stolen from a vehicle in the area of West Street on July 25.

• An incident of criminal mischief in Marine Park was reported on July 20. An employee reported damage had been done to a changing table in a restroom.

• An incident of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the area of Harris Park was reported on July 12. The owner reported scratches on the hood of the vehicle.

• The theft of a front license plate from a vehicle in the area of Bodman Place was reported on July 10.
Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle in the area of W. Sunset Avenue was reported on July 4. The owner reported damage to the windshield.

• The theft of multiple items of clothing, valued at $200, from the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on July 7.

Arrests
• Jason Freeman, 46, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of W. Front Street on July 28 and charged with burglary, theft and contempt of court by SLEO II Ryan Hussey.
• Wendy Davis, 43, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of N. Bridge Avenue on July 27 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a device to defraud the administration of a drug test by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Daniel Ramos, 54, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on July 25 and charged with possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia, and contempt of court by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Jabar Whitfield, 35, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with hindering apprehension and contempt of court by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.
• Esther Anglade, 43, of Red Bank, was arrestedin the area of Monmouth Street on July 22 and charged with driving while suspended and resisting arrest by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Kevin Acosta, 33, of Brick, was arrested in the area of Cooper’s Bridge on July 22 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Isiah Sestito, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on July 13 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• James Clark, 57, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on July 13 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Samuel Lopez-Gomez, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Munson Place on July 12 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Eliot Ramos.
• Enrique Flores-Depaz, 23, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Munson Place on July 12 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.
• David Foggy, 55, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of N. Bridge Avenue on July 11 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
•Shannon McDermott, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on July 8 and charged with taking means of conveyance, possession of CDS, receiving stolen property, and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Carmine Pannullo.
• Madeleine Loux, 31, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on July 8 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin McConnell.
• Douglas Rankin, 50, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Wall Street on July 7 and charged with obstructing administration of law by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.
• Ernesto Lozano-Zane, 23, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Mohawk Lane on July 7 and charged with harassment by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Jonah Snell, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on July 6 and charged with possession of CDS and contempt of court by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.
• Angelina Chick, 21, of Eatontown, was arrested on July 4 and charged with possession of CDS, obstructing administration of law, resisting arrest by force, aggravated assault, and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Michael Furfaro, 39, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on July 5 and charged with unlawful possession of a handgun, possession of weapons for unlawful purpose, possession of penetrating bullets, and possession of large capacity ammo magazine by Sgt. Sean Hauschildt.
• Jose Orzuna-Hernandez, 49, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Westside Avenue on July 4 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Troy Michals, 18, of Little Silver, was arrested in the area of Warf Avenue on July 3 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.
• Ryan Corp, 22, of West Chester, PA, was arrested in the area of Warf Avenue on July 3 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.
• Zachary Spitale, 23, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on July 1 and charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Kristin McConnell.
