When it comes to the construction work schedule on the Rumson-Sea Bright Bridge replacement, weather permitting is always the determining phrase.
And with the return of the sun this week, after a long stretch of sopping rain, the weather promises to permit a status quo flow of work through Friday with one change in usual activity on the Rumson side and another in the materials delivery schedule.
