Arrests
• Four area juveniles were arrested on May 21 and charged with underage possession of alcohol by Special Officer Donald Morse.
• David Keyser, 34, of West Long Branch, was arrested on May 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Daniel Campanella.
• Tammy Crine, 49, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Special Officer Michael Berger.
• Jake Demelio, 19, of Rumson, was arrested on May 12 and charged with simple assault and unlawful use of fireworks by Patrolman Donald Schneider.
• Jonathan Diamond, 40, of Rumson, was arrested on May 11 and charged with terroristic threats, unlawful possession of a weapon and disorderly conduct by Captain Jeff Nixon and Sgt. Peter Koenig.
Contempt of Court
• Patricia Coston, 52, of Asbury Park, was arrested on May 27 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Captain Jeff Nixon.
• Marcus Rice, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 23 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Daniel Campanella.
• Joseph Kowitski Jr., 18, of Sea Bright, was arrested on May 13 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Special Officer Michael Berger.
• David Garcia, 41, of Parlin, was arrested on May 5 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Daniel Campanella and Patrolman Richard Torres.

• A report of terroristic threats was made by a male in the area of Garden Road on Jan. 4.
Patrolman Tyler Fox is investigating.
• A report of criminal mischief was made by a female in the area of Birch Drive on Jan. 6.
Patrolman Ralph Latham is investigating.
• There was a report of a shoplifting in the area f Shrewsbury Plaza made by a male on Jan. 8.
Patrolman Matthew Clark is investigating.
• There was a report of a shoplifting in the area of Shrewsbury Plaza made by a male on Jan. 8.
Patrolman Derek Myers is investigating.
Arrests
• Sydieria Jones, 25, of Eatontown, was arrested on Jan. 8 and charged with theft in the area of Shrewsbury Plaza by Patrolman Matthew Clark.
• Nicholas Asaro, 27, of Keyport, was arrested on Jan. 9 in the area of Broad Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Angel Marrero.

Crime
• There was a complaint of terroristic threats in the area of Parker Place on Sept. 9. The victim reported getting harassing messages from an unknown person.

• Roosevelt McDonald III, 33, of Asbury Park, was arrested on Sept. 3 on a contempt of court warrant in the area o f Shrewsbury Avenue by Patrolman Tracy Polk.
• James L. Dotts, 38, of Long Branch, was arrested Sept. 9 on a contempt of court warrant in the area of Sycamore Avenue by Patrolman Mary Ellen Rumola.
• Lamecca Ellenwood, 28, of Asbury Park, was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with shoplifting and contempt of court in the area of Broad Street by Patrolman Mary Ellen Rumola.
• Shalonda Robinson, 43, of Ocean Grove, was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with shoplifting in the area of Broad Street by Patrolman Mary Ellen Rumola.
• Nikeya T. Anderson, 28, of Neptune, was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with shoplifting and contempt of court in the area of Broad Street by Patrolman Mary Ellen Rumola.
• Tracey E. Ashe, 37, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on Sept. 11 on a contempt of court warrant in the area of Sycamore Avenue by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.
The following recent arrests were reported by Middletown police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• Nicole Doherty, 33, of First Avenue in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on May 9, by Patrolman Nicholas Haines and charged with simple assault and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Shrewsbury Municipal Court.
She was released after posting $389 bail with a 10 percent option.
• Jesse Kimball, 44, of Belmont Avenue in Madison, was arrested on May 9 by Corporal Richard Raike and charged with simple assault.
He was held on $2,500 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

An area man, who was found by police fleeing a home with a machete in hand on Thursday, is being held in jail on $200,000 bail and facing multiple charges, including burglary, weapons possession and terroristic threats.
Brian O’Herron, 29, of Seabreeze Avenue in Middletown, was arrested by Middletown police after officers Adam Colfer, Brian McGrogan and Kent Thornton responded to a burglary in progress at a Seabreeze Avenue residence, the release said.
Upon arrival, the officers were informed that O’Herron had run from the residence carrying a machete. After a search of the area, O’Herron was found by police and an investigation ensued, police said.
As a result of the investigation, O’Herron was charged with: burglary, violation of a court order, criminal restraint, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, terroristic threats, harassment and resisting arrest, police said.
O’Herron was held on $200,000 bail, set by Judge Escandon.
The following recent arrests were reported by the Middletown police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• Matthew Carscadden, 35, of Windswept Road in Holmdel, was arrested on April 6 by Patrolman Thomas Foster and charged with DWI (driving while intoxicated) and leaving the scene of an accident with injuries.
He was held on $5,000 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Robert Kolb, 47, of Route 36 in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on April 7 by Cpl. James Keenan and charged with simple assault.
He was held on $2,500 bail.
• On April 7, Cpl. James Keenan arrested a 15-year-old female juvenile and charged her with obstructing the administration of law.
She was released pending a court date.
