An area woman has been charged with theft by unlawful taking stemming from her alleged fraudulent use of her former employer’s company-issued business credit card to purchase $80,000 worth of merchandise for her own personal use, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Prosecutor: Area Man Charged in $200K Money Laundering Scheme

An area man has been charged with money laundering and theft stemming from an alleged credit card fraud scheme of using a former business client’s credit card to purchase items that were resold to another client, netting an illicit $200,000, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Prosecutor: Ex-Gas Station Attendant Indicted on 52 Counts of Credit Card Theft from Customers

A former area gas station attendant has been indicted on 52 counts of credit card fraud charges stemming from the theft of thousands of dollars from 13 customers during his work shifts at a Freehold Wawa station, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago announced on Wednesday.

Prosecutor: Caretaker Charged with $11K Theft from Elderly Patient

A former home health aide has been arrested and charged with pilfering more $11,000 in unauthorized purchases on the credit cards of an elderly victim under her care. She is facing up to 15 years in prison and $15,000 in fines, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni said on Friday.
