The following recent arrests were reported by the Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Alexander Prasad, 25, of Manalapan, was arrested on March 25 in the area of Alston Court and charged with possession of a CDS (controlled dangerous substance), under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman John Camarca.

• Trey Rasmussen, 23, of Princeton, was arrested on March 22 in the area of Broad Street and charged with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and resisting arrest by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Tara Thurber-Snyder, 34, of Bradley Beach, was arrested on March 20 in the area of Mechanic Street and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.

Several Locals Arrested on Contempt of Court Charges

The following recent contempt of court arrests were reported by Middletown police:

• Jeffrey Kowal,18, from Rutledge Drive in Red Bank, was arrested on March 10 on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,000 bail.

• Wayne Carhart, 36, of Church Street in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on March 10 by Patrolman Michael Reuter on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court.

He was held on $2,000 bail.

Arresting News: Teen Faces Heroin, Weapons Possession Charges & More

The following recent arrests were reported by Middletown police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Dawn Coughlin, 53, of Leonardville Road in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested March 11 by Police Officer Erica Weeks and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and terroristic threats.

She was held on $5,000 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• David Keator, 55, of Western Reach in Red Bank, was arrested on March 11 by Police Officer Lisa Vreeland and charged with driving while intoxicated.

He was released pending a court date.

Crime, Arrests Close By: Theft, Heroin Possession & More

The following arrests and incident reports were recently reported by the Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Incident

• An alleged Jan. 31 theft at the Red Bank Train Station was reported on March 8. The victim told police that on Jan. 31, while exiting the train, he left his backpack, containing a mini iPad, a MacBook Pro computer, computer charger and adapter and clothing. The victim said that he had initially notified NJ Transit, but nothing was ever recovered.

Arrests 

• Rahsaan Riddick, 21, of Long Branch, was arrested by Patrolman Benjamin Springer on March 10 in the area of Catherine Street and charged with resisting arrest, obstructing the administration of the law and disorderly conduct.

• Jeffrey Bogart, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt on March 8 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with: possession of heroin, a controlled dangerous substance (CDS); possession of drug paraphernalia; and resisting arrest.

• Andrew Fitzpatrick, 23, of Shrewsbury, was arrested by Sgt. David Hicks on March 8 in the area of W. Bergen Place and charged with: driving while intoxicated (DWI); possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), under 50 grams of marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The following arrests were made by Middletown police between Feb. 24 and March 9. An arrest does not constitute a conviction. 

• Ryan Fisher, 34, ofHarborview Drive, Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Feb. 25 by Detective Daniel Sullivan on a contempt of court issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court and was charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was held on $500 bail.

• Joseph Hosking, 37, of Ginger Court, Eatontown, was arrested on Feb. 26 by Patrolman Charles Higgins and charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• Connor Mahan, 20, of Forest Avenue, Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 27 by Patrolman James Beirne and charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of heroin.

He was released pending a court date.

• Perry Veney, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested by Sgt. Juan Sardo on Feb. 19 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with contempt of court.

• Michael Granados-Campos, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested by Patrolman Cevin Albert on Feb. 19 in the area of Spring Street and charged with contempt of court.

• Kristie Lepard, 24, of Middletown, was arrested by Patrolman Kristin Altimari in the area of Monmouth Street on Feb. 20 and charged with contempt of court.

The following recent arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

•  A 17-year-old male juvenile, of Red Bank, was arrested by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto on Feb. 22 and charged with possession of a CDS (controlled dangerous substance), under 50 grams of marijuana.

• Vincent Oliva, 22, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on Feb. 21 by Patrolman Stan Balmer in the area of W. Front Street and charged with disorderly conduct.

• Marcus Mandeville, 23, of Matawan, was arrested on Feb. 21 in the area of W. Front Street by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto and charged with disorderly conduct.

• Eduardo Aparicio-Peno, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 21 in the area of Cedar Street by Inv. Paul Perez and charged with criminal sexual contact, endangering the welfare of a child and contempt of court.

Fair Haven Police Report: Theft, Assault, Identity Theft

Fair Haven police reported the following incidents and arrests for the month of January. Arrests do not constitute convictions.

Incidents

• An Oxford Avenue resident reported on Jan. 1 an identity theft with an $800 loss.

Detective Steve Schneider is investigating.

• Patrols responded on Jan. 3 to a report of a possible assault on Battin Road. Neither of the parties involved wanted to sign complaints.

Special Officer Henne took the report.

• A theft of services was reported on Jan. 4 by a River Road business.

Patrolman William Lagrotteria took the report.

• An identity theft report involving a purchase at a Bridgewater Best Buy was taken for a Dartmouth Avenue resident on Jan. 8.

Detective Steve Schneider is investigating.

• A Battin Road resident reported the theft of a watch valued at $8,000 on Jan. 12.

• A River Road business patron reported on Jan. 16 that his vehicle had been keyed while in the parking lot.

• On Jan. 26, Sgt. Jesse Dykstra took a report of an assault at a River Road business. Both parties involved were located and neither opted to sign a complaint.

• A McCarter Avenue resident on Jan. 30 reported his bicycle was missing/stolen from McCarter’s Pond.

• Conor Ban,18, of Rumson, was arrested by Sgt. Jesse Dykstra on Jan. 22 on the charge of an outstanding warrant.

He was released after posting cash bail.

• Kyle Jadevaia, 22, of Rumson, was arrested by Patrolman William Lagrotteria on Jan. 30 following a traffic stop and charged with an outstanding warrant out of Belmar.

He was released after posting cash bail.

• William A. Crawford Jr., 22, of Long Branch, was arrested on Jan. 2 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop by Special Officer Brooks Robinson.

• Gabrielle Sulner, 22, of East 14th Street in Brooklyn, NY, was arrested on Jan. 30 by Patrolman Michael Allen on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

• On Feb. 1, Patrolman Patrick Leonard arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile from the Leonardo section of Middletown and charged him with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage possession of alcohol.

• Robert Montalbano, 19, of Brandywine Lane in Colts Neck, ws arrested on Feb. 8 by Police Officer Stephanie Geisel and charged with unlawful possession of alprazolam, disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence.

He was held on $10,000 bail with a 10 percent option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Sean Figaro, 20, of Garfield Avenue in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 8 by Patrolman Brady Carr and charged with simple assault.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Wayne Hegel, 54, of Palmer Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 9 by Patrolman Ryan Riffert and charged with criminal mischief and obstructing the administration of law.

He was held on $3,500 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.

 

Crime Close By: Theft, CDS Possession

The following was obtained from the Shrewsbury Police. Arrests do not constitute convictions.

• There was a  report of a theft of $422 near Avenue of the Commons, Shrewsbury on Nov. 25.

Patrolman Derek Meyers is investigating.

• Sharryn Czeslaw, 50, of Eatontown, was arrested  by Patrolman Jessica Boyd on Nov. 23 and charged with shoplifting in the area of Broad Street.

• Richard C. Gubitosi, 25, of the Lincroft section of Middletown, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) on Nov. 23 by Patrolman Jessica Boyd near Sycamore Avenue in Shrewsbury.
