Arresting News: Teen Faces Heroin, Weapons Possession Charges & More

The following recent arrests were reported by Middletown police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Dawn Coughlin, 53, of Leonardville Road in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested March 11 by Police Officer Erica Weeks and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and terroristic threats.

She was held on $5,000 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• David Keator, 55, of Western Reach in Red Bank, was arrested on March 11 by Police Officer Lisa Vreeland and charged with driving while intoxicated.

He was released pending a court date.

• Andrews Winz, 20, of Maplewood Drive in Middletown, was arrested on March 12 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and resisting arrest.

He was released pending a court date.

• Joanne Klich, 48, of Prospect Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on March 14 by Patrolman Christopher Menendez and charged with simple assault.

She was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Stephen Ferraro, 54, of Harrison Street in Red Bank, was arrested on March 14 by Patrolman John Soltysik and charged with simple assault.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail, set by Judge Scott Basen.

• Michael Katz, 43, of Willow Street in Middletown, was arrested on March 14 by Patrolman Patrick Leonard and charged with simple assault.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Kevin Kiernan, 31, of 308 Route 36 in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on March 13 by Patrolman James Beirne and charged with theft and criminal trespass.

He was released pending a court date.

• James Hyer III, 21, of Lawrence Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on March 14 by Patrolman Frank Mazza and charged with disorderly conduct.

He was released pending a court date.

• James Cook, 53, of Joline Avenue in Long Branch, was arrested on March 17 by Detective Daniel Sullivan and charged with harassment.

He was released pending a court date.

• John Olsen, 54, of Hudson Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on March 16 by Patrolman William Rodewald and charged with simple assault.

He was released pending a court date.

• Thomas Menendez, 51, of Geary Drive in Middletown, was arrested on March 18 by Detective Keith Hirschbein on criminal warrant issued by the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice.

He was held on $100,000 bail, set by Judge Michael Toto of the Middlesex County Superior Court.

• Russell Liquari, 52, of Prospect Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on March 17 by Patrolman Kent Thornton and charged with simple assault and terroristic threats.

He was held on $12,500 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Gabrielle Block,19, of Locust Point Road in the Locust section of Middletown, was arrested on March 17 by Patrolman Adam Colfer and charged with terroristic threats, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, and obstructing the administration of law.

She was held on $11,000 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Kenneth Rogers, 31, of Williamson Avenue in Hillside, was arrested on March 16 by Detective Daniel Sullivan and charged with simple assault.

He was released pending a court date.

• Christian Rebscher, 31, from Patterson Street in Red Bank, was arrested on March 20 by Police Officer Tara Stucy and charged with simple assault and criminal mischief.

He was held on $6,000 bail, with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Keith Watkins, 38, of Wilson Avenue in Red Bank, was arrested on March 19 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz and charged with violation of Intensive Supervision Program.

He was held pending a court date.

• Julee Apfel, 37, of Highway 36 in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on March 22 by Patrolman Jason Andrews and charged with simple assault.

She was released pending a court date.

• On March 19, Patrolman James Beirne arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from Keansburg, and charged him with providing false information to a police officer, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

• Max Enblom, 21, of Highwood Avenue in Glen Rock, was arrested on March 21 by Police Officer Stephanie Geisel and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing the administration of law.

He was released pending a court date.

• Ryan Spaeth, 24, of West Highland Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on March 23 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.
