The following November and December arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• Julia Concannon, 26, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Oak Lane on Dec. 27 and charged with theft of services by Patrolman Donald Morse.
• Abraham Seruya, 20, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Sailor’s Way on Dec. 10 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of CDS paraphernalia by Patrolman Michael Berger.
• Matthew McDonagh, 51, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Sheraton Lane on Nov. 5 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Donald Morse.
• Alvaro Flores, 18, of Bradley Beach, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Church Street in Little Silver on Nov. 3 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and distribution of a CDS by Patrolman Michael Berger.
