Yes, it’s reunion season. So, we’re taking you back again to a hoot of a 25th for that RFH Class of ’78 at an iconic spot in its original little-shack- on-the-beach form — Donovan’s Reef.
Before Sandy, a “DO” at Donovan’s meant something entirely different for RFHers reuniting. Rather than a symbol of “We can do it. We can rebuild.” it was more like a simple “Let’s do the Donovan’s thing!”
There’s nothing quite like RFHers reuniting for more than one night at reunion time. And that’s pretty much always been the case. It’s also always been the case that the old Donovan’s hangout for RFHers was a focal point of reuniting. A tradition, if you will.
And back when Donovan’s was more modest a summer spot, not to mention a lot easier to get into without a massive crowd, there were always nights before and even after reunions spent at Donovan’s.
So in honor of all the RFHers who are reuniting this summer, we take you back to a reunion of more than a couple of decades ago for the RFH Class of ’78 and some classic clowning around among classmates.
The party never ends for RFHers on a reunion weekend mischief mission.
So, cheers to RFH reunions this summer and the making of more memories!
Know these class clowns? Hmmmm … And what exactly were they up to?
