It was a Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School (RFH) foreign exchange student experience to remember.

Former longtime Red Bank resident, Elsie “Micki” Marie White, more recently of the River Plaza section of Middletown, passed away peacefully on March 26 from complications related to a stroke, surrounded by her loving family. She was 94.
