The following April arrests were reported by Sea Bright police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• Juliana Florabasilioolive, 28, of Long Branch, was arrested on April 21 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving and refusal to submit to a chemical test by Patrolman Alexa Susino.
• Misael Armando Cejas-Diaz, 34, of Roselle, was arrested on April 13 and charged with shoplifting and conspiracy by Patrolman Andrew Hendricks.
• Angie T. Rodriguez, 36, of Elizabeth, was arrested on April 13 and charged with shoplifting and conspiracy by Patrolman Andrew Hendricks.
