Rumson Police Report: Several DUI Arrests

The following July and May DUI arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

  • Ashanti Foster, 27, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Ward Avenue on July 24 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Donald Morse.
  • Michael Simonelli, 26, of the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested in the area of West River Road and Buena Vista Avenue on July 13 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Cody Lovgren.
  • Ernest Calabrese, 48, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Allen Street and West River Road on July 13 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Joseph Strohmenger.
  • Christine Herrera, 32, of Bridgewater, in the area of Rumson Road and Club Way on May 2 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Donald Morse.
  • Cohl Katz, 58, Greenwich Connecticut, was arrested in the area of West River Road and Popomora on May 20 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Donald Morse.
