Criminal Incidents
• A Rumson resident reported on Jan. 24 being scammed into buying gift cards by someone falsely representing themselves as an employee at her job.
Patrolman Camilleri took the report.
• A Rumson resident reported on Jan. 9 that she had been scammed over the phone by a subject falsely representing themselves as a bank employee.
Patrolman Costa took the report.
Arrests
• Jean Noonan, 68, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Ridge Road and Bellvue Avenue on Jan. 11 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Stephanie Lehner.
