There’s nothing like chillin’ among best RFH friends on a hot summer night. And there’s nothing like those friends doing the same thing nearly 50 years later.

That’s how things have always gone among these Fair Haven-raised RFH friends. The “forever” in BFF stands solid with these girls. They met as little kids in Fair Haven and forged a bond that has remained unbroken for decades.
It’s at least true for Peggy Miller, Ginger White and Jeanne Murphy (the three to the right of RFHer Cynthia Lawrence). Together, most other Fair Haven-raised kids have always remembered the mighty trio as being too cool for anyone else’s shoes. Still are. There’s no breaking that trio up. And that’s a great thing that always deserves some celebrating, Friday or not.
Over the years, many BFF bonds have been forged among RFHers. Most have sustained lifetime, or near lifetime, friendships. This is one of those bonds at its best.

Celebrating longtime friendship is a better excuse than any for a TGIF mantra. In this case, the I in the acronym could be ditched for an F for “Thank God For Friends!” Both apply, since being thankful for best friends and toasting to them on a Friday, much less any day, are good reasons to raise one another up with that glass. Clink! TGIF to BFFs!
Who’s your RFH BFF? Is the forever still going strong?
