Police Report: Burglary, Theft, Assault, False Public Alarm, Criminal Mischief

The following May criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• The theft/shoplifting of $85 worth of fuel from a gas station on Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on May 31.

Patrolman Andrew Todd took the report.

• The theft/shoplifting of a green dress, valued at $700, from a Monmouth Street business was reported on May 22.

Patrolman Grace Maggulli took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle in the area of South Street was reported on May 11. The owner reported that the rear windshield of the vehicle had been broken.

Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle in the area of Maple Avenue was reported on May 2. The owner reported damage to both driver’s side tires. The tires were valued at $350 each.

Arrests

• Mark Stovall, 38, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Riverview Plaza on May 31 and charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and resisting arrest by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.

• Parth Patel, 25, of Edison, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on May 28 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and refusal by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Zachary Roth, 28, of Harrington Park, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on May 23 and charged with false public alarm. by Patrolman Christian Nelson.

• James Mayorga, 32, of Freehold, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on May 1 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman James McGee.

• James Clark, 57, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on May 26 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, theft and contempt of court by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Jason Freeman, 46, of Keyport, was arrested in the area of West Street on May 22 and charged with burglary by Patrolman Carmine Pannullo.

• Nyreek Loyal, 30, of Somerset, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on May 21 and charged with possession of burglar tools, criminal trespass and theft by Patrolman James McGee.

• Dafne Tapia-Estrada, 22, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Water Street on May 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated assault by Patrolman Carmine Pannullo.

• Antonio Rueda-Dedios, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on May 16 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and refusal by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Juan Abarca-Calderon, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on May 10 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Alan Hernandez, 19, of New Brunswick, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on May 10 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Juan Perez-Rodriguez, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of North Bridge Avenue on May 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Shadrac Fleury, 27, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on May 4 and charged with possession of false insurance document by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.

• Jose Ramirez, 53, of Verona, was arrested in the area of Bodman Place on May 3 and charged with defiant trespass and obstructing administration of law by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.

• Rosalba Rojas-Lino, 37, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on May 3 and charged with simple assault. Patrolman Andrew Todd.

** Police reported 19 arrests solely on contempt of court warrants. **
