Rumson Police Report: Terroristic Threats, Underage Drinking, Maintaining Nuisance, , Disorderly, DWI

The following July arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction. DWI is a motor vehicle offense.

Arrests

• Edward Whitehouse, 56, of Rumson, was arrested on Bellvue Avenue on July 27 and charged with maintaining a nuisance, making property available for underage consumption of alcohol by Patrolman Jason Lind.

• Rene Enock, 34, of Newark, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Kemp Avenue on July 17 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman James Orozco.

• Michael Villapiano, 33, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Lafayette Street on July 11 and charged with terroristic threats by Patrolman Hannah Certo.

• Michael Maguire, 58, of Rumson was arrested in the area of South Ward and Lincoln avenues and charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction of the administration of law by Patrolman Joseph Strohmenger.
