Police Report: Attempted Murder, Weapons Possession, Theft, Burglary, Drug Manufacturing & Dealing, Assault, DWI

The following March arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• A theft in the area of Maple Avenue was reported on March 31. A blue and purple, custom-made Bloodwizard skateboard, valued at $160, was stolen.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Broad Street was reported on March 24. An employee reported the bathroom of a business was tagged with yellow paint.

Patrolman Eliot Ramos took the report.

• The theft of two necklaces from a package on Maple Avenue was reported on March 20. Each necklace was valued at $250.

Patrolman Preston Mellaci took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Boat Club Lane was reported on March 9. A resident reported an electrical box on the side of a building was tagged with spray paint.

Patrolman James McGee took the report.

The theft of prescription medication from a residence on Thorckmorton Avenue was reported on March 7.

Patrolman Froilan Hernandez took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Mohawk Lane was reported on March 7. An employee reported that a restroom on the property was tagged with black paint.

Patrolman James McGee took the report.

• The theft of office equipment from the area of Leonard Street was reported on March 3. The landlord of a property reported the theft.

Arrests

• Frances Solgan, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of N. Bridge Avenue on March 31 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Roberto Ramirez-Grande, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Bergen Place on March 30 and charged with invasion of privacy by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Samuel Molina-Corona, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on March 27 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.

• Tim Jackson, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Willow Street on March 26 and charged with burglary and criminal attempt by Lt. Matthew Ehrenreich.

• Najee Wilson, 26, of Newark, was arrested in the area of Chestnut Street on March 26 and charged with manufacturing, distributing, or dispensingpossession of CDSsmoking in publicobstructing administration of lawresisting arresthindering apprehension and contempt of court by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.

• Jose Delgado-Rodriguez, 59, of Shrewsbury, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on March 25 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and driving while suspended by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Thomas Bouldin, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 25 and charged for possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Ryan Dunn, 43, of Keyport, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 25 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• David Foggy, 54, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 25 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Luke Cahill.

• Jesse Urban, 34, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of W. Front Street on March 23 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.

• Austin Clifford, 25, of Yonkers, NY, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 22 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Rafael Gregorio-Romero, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on March 21 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.

• Nikoloz Natroshvili, 34, of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on March 21 and charged with possession of prescription legend drugs and contempt of court by Patrolman Andrew Todd.

• Lori Hager, 49, of New Egypt, was arrested in the area of Pearl Street on March 21 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.

• Raul Luna-Perez, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on March 20 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Luke Cahill.

• Regina Ingrassia, 66, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Manor Drive on March 18 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.

• David McKenith, 30, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 17 and charged with taking by means of conveyance by Sgt. Sean Hauschildt.

• Stephen Noglows, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of S. Ward Avenue on March 17 and charged with simple assaultaggravated assaultcriminal coercion, and harassment by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.

• David Foggy, 54, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on March 15 and charged with defiant trespass by SLEO II Carmine Pannullo.

• Robert Sork, 62, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 16 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.

• Jonathan Lechuga-Velazquez, 40. of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Oakland Street on March 11 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Alende Olteanu, 30, of Woodside, NY was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 10 and charged with conspiracytheft by deceptioncredit card theftfraudulent use of a credit cardburglary, and receiving stolen property by Detective Michael Zadlock.

• Christopher Sarmiento-DeLeon, 25, of Perth Amboy, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 9 and charged with theft by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.

• Shavani Green, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on March 8 and charged with defiant trespass and contempt of court by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.

• Phillip Allesandro, 32, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on March 7 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court by Patrolman James McGee.

• Yusef Francis, 32, of Hazlet, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 5 and charged with attempted murderunlawful possession of a handgunpossession of weapons for unlawful purpose, and certain persons not to possess weapons by Detective Shane Dengel.

• Brett Schweyher, 29, of Belmar, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on March 1 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Michael Dietz, 36, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on March 1 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), possession of CDS, and obstructing administration of law by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
