The following March criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The theft of $1,200 worth of clothing from a White Street business was reported on March 31 by an employee.
Patrolman Froilan Hernandez took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Carmen Place was reported on March 27. A patrol unit took a report of a large scratch on the driver’s side of a vehicle.
Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on March 25. The owner of a vehicle reported that four tires, valued at $1,000, were slashed.

• The theft of multiple pieces of artwork — two paintings valued at $7,100 and one piece of art valued at $1,810 — from a business in the area of Bodman Place was reported on March 25 by an employee.

• The theft of a black and red Kink Curb BMX bicycle, valued at $394, from the back yard of a property in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on March 11.

• The theft of a gold-plated necklace, valued at $200, from a business in the area of E. Front Street was reported on March 3.

• The theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle owned by a West Bergen Place business was reported on March 3. Theft: In the area of W .Bergen Pl.
Patrolman Taylor Doremus took the report.
• The theft of a catalytic converter, valued at $2,000, from a vehicle in the area of Carmen Place was reported on March 2.
Patrolman Michael Zadlock took the report.
• The theft of a catalytic converter with an undisclosed value from a vehicle in the area of W. Westside Avenue was reported on March1.

Arrests
• Bonnie Smock, 56, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 29 and charged with aggravated assault by Sgt. James Deponte.
• Alejandra Jimenez-Campos, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 25 in the area of Peters Place and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
• Caesar Hernandez-Hernandez, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 23 and charged with simple assault and harassment by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Veronica Vondrag, 37, of Toms River, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on March 21 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Donte Grant, 38, of North Plainfield, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on March 20 and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Carly Kennedy, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on March 19 and charged with shoplifting by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Jose Perez-Reyes, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Westside Avenue on March 19 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• John Headden, 55, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Union Street on March 18 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich.
• Vinicio Adams-Pimentel, 43, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 16 and charged with hindering apprehension and obstruction administration of law by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Pablo Salinas-Ortiz, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of War Avenue on March 13 and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
• Floyd Cundiff, 55, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of South Street on March 11 and charged with contempt and harassment by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Glenn MacFarlane, 62, of Ocean, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on March 5 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) on March 5 by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• Edwin Galdamez-Contreras, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on March 5 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich.
• Tim Jackson, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Marine Park on March 4 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Jaheed Hill, 48, of Freehold, was arrested in the area of Bank Street on March 2 and charged with resisting arrest, prohibited weapon/device, and contempt of court by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
**Police reported eight arrests solely on contempt of court warrants.**
