In Memoriam: Rumsonite Bill Zukowsky, 82

Rumson resident William “Bill” Zukowsky, formerly of Long Valley and Leland, NC, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on April 1 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 82.

“A history buff and gourmet cook, Bill also thoroughly enjoyed golfing, skiing, hunting, and fishing. In addition, he loved watching his grandchildren play sports as well as teaching his granddaughters a few things about art. Born with a natural talent and passion for art, especially painting, Bill attended the Newark School of Fine Arts and was honored to show his work in a juried art show at the Azalea Festival in Wilmington, NC and the Cultural Center in Monmouth Beach, NJ.”
