Out came the sun and sopped up all the snow, leaving behind some hope for brighter days, vaccinations and a closer-knit spring.
With the sun making its welcomed appearance this week, memories of basking in it along the Shrewsbury River in the fall became less distant. So did thoughts of a sunnier spring than last year’s.
According to the National Weather Service, temperatures are surely warming, with the forecast through Monday calling for temperatures ranging from the high 40s to 50. Rain is coming tomorrow and Sunday, but the sun will shine in clear skies on Monday with a high of 50 degrees.
So, dream a little dream of spring and fall back into a sunny fall view as a reminder of what’s ahead. Enjoy! Stay safe. Stay warm in thought. (Just give one photo to enlarge and scroll!)
