The following June criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Fair Haven police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• A Second Street resident reported an incident of credit card fraud on June 30.
Patrolman William Lagrotteria took the report.
• A Woodland Avenue resident on June 30 reported property damage caused by a tractor trailer.
Patrolman Brooks Robinson took the report.
• A Gillespie Avenue resident on June 29 reported property damage.
Detective Jeff Jarvis is investigating.
• A Hunting Lane resident on June 21 reported the theft of an iPad from an unlocked vehicle.
Patrolman William Lagrotteria took the report.
Arrests
• Zachary Bettigolo, 18, of the Lincroft section of Middletown, was arrested on June 23 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Special Officer Michael Volker following a motor vehicle stop.
• Paul Mirfiled,33, of Hazlet, was arrested on June 11 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Special Officer Michael Volker following a motor vehicle stop.
