The following arrests were made by Middletown police between Feb. 24 and March 9. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• Ryan Fisher, 34, ofHarborview Drive, Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Feb. 25 by Detective Daniel Sullivan on a contempt of court issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court and was charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was held on $500 bail.
• Joseph Hosking, 37, of Ginger Court, Eatontown, was arrested on Feb. 26 by Patrolman Charles Higgins and charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was released pending a court date.
• Connor Mahan, 20, of Forest Avenue, Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 27 by Patrolman James Beirne and charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of heroin.
He was released pending a court date.
• Nicholas Florio, 20, of Mackenn Place, Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 27 by Detective Keith Hirschbein and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, defiant trespass and possession of synthetic marijuana.
He was released pending a court date.
• Jessica Cedeno, 35, of Main Street, Keansburg, was arrested on March 1 by Patrolman Thomas Foster and charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.
She was released after posting $5,000 bail.
• Ryan Hunley, 32, of Fern Road in Howell, was arrested on Feb. 28 by Patrolman Thomas Foster and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.
He was released pending a court date.
• Varashon McQueen, 45, of Main Street in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on March 3 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
She was held on $11,000 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Nina Gonsalves, 29, of Spring Street in Red Bank, was arrested on March 3 by Patrolman Jesse Toma and charged with simple assault.
She was held on $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Kim Geer, 48, of Ocean Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on March 5 by Patrolman James Beirne and charged with simple assault.
She was released pending a court date.
• Mark Fusco, 49, of Bay Hill Road in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on March 5 by Patrolman Michael Reuter and charged with simple assault.
He was released after posting $1,000 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Christopher Gallagher, 42, of East End Avenue in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on March 6 by Detective Keith Hirschbein and charged with possession of heroin, unlawful possession of suboxone, possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court and a non-support warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.
He was held on$10,000 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Christine Bowles, 31, of Hancock Street in Keansburg, was arrested on March 6 by Detective Kelly Godley and charged with shoplifting from the ShopRite store.
She was released pending a court date.
• Michael Moran, 36, of Bayberry Lane in Middletown, was arrested on March 6 by Detective Daniel Sullivan and charged with theft.
• Matthew Meade, 28, of Heather Court in Middletown, was arrested on March 8 by Patrolman Brian Dilworth and charged with driving while intoxicated.
He was released pending a court date.
• Ryan Werner, 19, of Jefferson Street in Red Bank, was arrested on March 7 by Police Officer Stephanie Geisel and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of alcohol by a minor, and underage driving while intoxicated.
He was released pending a court date.
