The following March arrest was the only one reported by Fair Haven police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Arrest

• Terry W. Simmons, 44, of Red Bank, was arrested on March 20 and charged with the aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and obstruction by Sgt. William Lagrotteria.
