Cheers to the spring sun, fun and RFH teen weekend warrior times!
Yes, there’s nothing quite like a toast to warmer times retro RFH style! The spring sun is finally out, things are warming up to a summertime temperature and it’s time for a time honored party — or at least a partying spirit.
It’s in the air. So are the toasty memories that take us back to simpler party times. And RFHers knew how to party with the best of the besties.
So, in honor of those RFHers of the past who knew best, we take a look back to the early 1980s and some besties donning their festive pukka beads, short sleeved shirts, grimaces and clear beer cups. Hey, the drinking age was 18 back then. Ahem. It could have been foamy soda?
Beverages aside, here we have the best kind of RFH girls’ gaggle. The kind that got things going in the best of partying spirits that turned the classic crew into weekend warriors of the most spirited kind.
These girls are still friends. And that’s something to raise a glass over.
So, grab your bestie and those old pukka beads and get to the business of cementing that bond. Nothing like it. Nothing like remembering and reveling in the warmth of the season and the ties that bind with irreplaceable growing pain and triumph times.
Your best teen bestie party time? Misadventure?
Cheers to them!
