An investigation is underway into a shooting incident that occurred early this morning that left one victim injured, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago announced on Sunday.
At approximately 12:05 a.m., in Howell, police responded to a 911 call for a shooting incident on the 200 block of Alexander Avenue.
Upon arrival, police found an adult male victim suffering from a gunshot wound.The victim was rushed to a local hospital where he is being treated for his injuries.
An investigation involving members of the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Bureau and the Howell Township Police Department is currently ongoing.
