The following recent arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Brian W. Horne, 41, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 28 in the area of Bridge Avenue and charged with possession of a CDS (heroin) by Patrolman George Travostino.

• Luis Torino, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 27 in the area of Chapin Avenue and charged with hindering apprehension and on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• James E. Oneill, 49, of Falls Church, VA, was arrested on Aug. 27 in the area of Riverside Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• John L. Hutley, 57, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 27 n the area of W. Front Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Jonathan Lukasiewicz, 34, of Long Branch, was arrested on Aug. 25 in the area of Catherine Street and charged with possession of a CDS (less than 50 grams of marijuana) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Stephen Prevost, 21, of Keyport, was arrested on Aug. 22 in the area of White Street and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Vincent J. Giovinazzo, 42, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 21 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with harassment and on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Gene B. Hale, 37, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 21 in the area of Branch Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Thomas Doremus.

• Terry N. Haupt, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 21 in the area of Bridge Avenue and charged with taking by means of conveyance and criminal mischief by Patrolman Garrett Falco Jr.

• Dennis M. Bannon, 52, of the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 20 in the area of Water Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Thomas Doremus.

• Ignacio Campa-Aguacaliente, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 20 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Francisco Rodriguez-Rosales, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 17 in the area of Branch Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Jorge Torres.

• Alim Godsey, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 18 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card by Inv. James DePonte.

• Avery D. Carroll, 39, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 15 in the area of Route 35 and charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe and on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Sharon Deresz, 61, of Matawan, was asserted on Aug. 15 in the area of Riverview Plaza and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.

• John R. Conway, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 14 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Kristin Altimari.

• Christopher D. Dossantos, 22, of Edison, was arrested on Aug. 13 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest by Officer Darren McConnell.

• John R. Conway, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 13 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Deanna A. Postell, 21, of Neptune, was arrested on Aug. 13 in the area of Coopers Bridge, Route 35, and charged with possession of CDS (marijuana less than 50 grams) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Keith A. Brooks, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug. 13  in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with defiant trespassing by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
