Police Report: Criminal Mischief, DUI, Disorderly, Resisting Arrest

The following July arrests were reported by Sea Bright police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Abel Bautista Barrios, 41, of Highlands, was arrested on July 18 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Detective Sgt. Richard Heugel Jr..

• Alondra Pita-Herrera, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 13 and charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest by Patrolman Andrew Hendricks.

• Alessandra Zipoli, 51, of Sea Bright, was arrested on July 10 and charged with criminal mischief and providing a minor with alcohol by Patrolman Michael Morgan.

• Robert K. Carughi, 59, of Long Branch, was arrested on July 9 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Special Officer Madison Taylor.

• Alan Castillo-Chico, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 5 and charged with resisting arrest by Special Officer Robert Alvator.

• Kevin Tirogregorio, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on July 5 and charged with resisting arrest by Special Officer Robert Alvator.

• Harold Scott N. Ferreira, 57, of Allentown, PA, was arrested on July 4 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Special Officer M. Twining.

• Antonio Bavaro, 42, of Howell, was arrested on July 1 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Michael Morgan.
