The following July criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• An incident of criminal mischief on Monmouth Street was reported on July 26. The owner of a building reported that a window, valued at $1,500 had been broken.

• The theft of a pair of Peter Millard shoes, valued at $300, from a Monmouth Street business was reported on July 25.
Patrolman Grace Maggiulli took the report.
• The theft of $20 in cash from the console of a motor vehicle in the area of Spring Street was reported on July 24.
Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich took the report.
• The theft of jewelry from a Windward Way residence was reported on July 22.
Patrolman Milton Gray took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of West Front Street was reported on July 22. The owner of a business reported that the building was marked with spray paint.
Patrolman Froilan Hernandez took the report.
• The theft of a 65-inch Amazon Fire TV, valued at $499, from the area of Oakland Street was reported on July 15.
Patrolman Preston Mellaci took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Wallace Street was reported on July 12. Two street signs were marked with permanent black marker.
Sgt. George Travostino took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Broad Street was reported on July 11. The owner of a business reported that $300 worth of damage was done to the business’ sign.

• An incident of criminal mischief at Riverside Gardens Park was reported on July 11. A park employee reported damage, estimated at $7,500 worth, to multiple sections of the guard rail.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Carmen Place was reported on July 8. The owner of a vehicle reported scratches and blue spray paint on a it.
Patrolman Andrew Todd took the report.
• The theft from a Broad Street business of a perfume tester bottle, valued at $90, was reported on July 6.
Patrolman Taylor Doremus took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Broad Street was reported on July 6. A property owner reported that a building was vandalized with black spray paint graffiti.

Arrests
• Cesar Hernandez-Hernandez, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Westside Avenue on July 31 and charged with simple assault and contempt of court by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
• Donald Ferrell, 68, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Bank Street on July 30 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Hector Montesinos, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Locust Avenue on July 30 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Anthony Sambogna, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on July 26 and charged with aggravated arson by Detective Sean Hauschildt.
• Ryan Bragg, 22, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on July 24 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
• Eric Chasko, 49, of N. Brunswick, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on July 23 and charged with unlawful possession of weapons and driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Brayan Luna-Morales, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of South Street on July 13 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Theophilus Bonds, 51, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on July 12 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Erik Bonilla-Escobar, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Bergen Place on July 10 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Kristin Delucci, 59, of Toms River, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on July 8 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Santos Esquivel-Arevlo, 48, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Central Avenue on July 5 and charged with simple assault, terroristic threats, unlawful possession of weapons, possession of a weapon with unlawful purpose by Patrolman Christian Nelson.
• Juan Carlos Urbina-Sanchez, 44, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on July 4 and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing administration of law by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Maria Nicholas-Merino, 41, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on July 4 and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing administration of law by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Roman Skrypski, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of White Street on July 3 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and driving while suspended by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Daniel Ochoa-Mejia, 25, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on July 2 and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
• Kevin Mallory, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of E. Sunset Avenue on July 2 and charged with obstructing administration of law and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
**Police reported 12 arrests solely on contempt of court warrants.**
