Police Report: Aggravated Sexual Assault, Terroristic Threats, Theft, Graffiti, DWI, Disorderly

The following September criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• An incident of criminal mischief (graffiti) in the area of Marine Park was reported on Sept. 30. Police reported that a sign and structure on the playground were tagged with black paint.

Patrolman Andrew Todd took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Marine Park was reported on Sept. 29. The owner of a vehicle reported that the rear passenger side window of his vehicle was broken and the front passenger window was scratched. The windows were valued at $80 each.

Patrolman Christopher Fuentes took the report.

• The theft/shoplifting of 12 to 14 packs of cigarettes from a Water Street business was reported on Sept. 21.

Patrolman Andrew Todd took the report.

• The theft of a TD Bank Visa debit card and a black and white umbrella from a vehicle on Leighton Avenue was reported on Sept. 9.

Patrolman Grace Maggiulli took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief (graffiti) in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on Sept. 6. A building was tagged with back spray paint.

Patrolman Preston Mellaci took the report.

Arrests

• Mariano Codallos-Tepepa, 22, of Brick, was arrested in the area of Brower Place on Sept. 30 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Nihjer Hill, 27, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Sept. 21 and charged with contempt of court, terroristic threats, resisting arrest and obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Sieana Myers-Smith, 28, of Toms River, was arrested in the area of W. Front Street on Sept. 19 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Luis Lozado-Camacho, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Pearl Street on Sept. 18 and charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child by Detective John Camarca.

• Pedro Mayor-Jamie, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Sept. 13 and charged with simple assault, driving while intoxicated (DWI) and contempt of court by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.

• Kevin Paz, 24, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Riverview Plaza on Sept. 11 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Eleazar Solis-Lopez, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Sept. 11 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) on Sept. 11 by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.

• Jeffrey Rothstein, 58, of Union Beach, was arrested in the area of N. Bridge Avenue on Sept. 5 and charged with disorderly conduct and hindering apprehension by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.

• Moises Aguilar-Martinez, 24, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Sept. 4 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and refusal by Patrolman Andrew Todd.

• Rolando Chimello-Peregrina, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Street on Sept. 4 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.

• Humberto Roblas, 50, of Hawthorne, was arrested in the area of W. Front Street on Sept. 3 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Christian Nelson.

• Anthony DePalma, 38, of Highlands, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Sept. 2 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.

• Yoni Caballero-Sanchez, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Sept. 2 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Andrew Todd.

** Police reported 11 arrests solely on contempt of court warrants. **
