In Memoriam: Monmouth Beach Resident, Ann Contardo, 80

Monmouth Beach resident Ann Contardo passed away on Aug. 6, surrounded by her loved ones. She was 80.

“She was a role model and source of strength for many. Ann enjoyed gathering everyone together around a table of home-made food.  Many would agree she had an innate talent for cooking delicious meals and baking her most desirable biscotti cookies. Ann looked forward to trips to Disney with her family countless times over the years and created many cherished memories with her grandchildren. She was a fearless world traveler, having explored many different countries-this influenced her impeccable eye for interior design and fashion sense. Undoubtedly, she loved her children and husband and always made family her top priority.”
