The following April and March criminal incident and arrests were reported by Fair Haven police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incident
• A River Road resident reported on March 22 that several thousand dollars worth of jewelry was removed from his vehicle. Patrolman Eric Patton took the theft report.
• Laura Vaccaro, 23, of Eatontown, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on April 26 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Brooks Robinson. She was released pending a municipal court appearance.
• Daniel Guariglia, 30, of Fair Haven Haven, turned himself in at police headquarters on April 23 on an active warrant out of Shrewsbury. He was released after posting full bail. Patrolman Christian Hostrup was the arresting officer.
• Gregory Pascullo, 23, of Jackson, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on April 21 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Brooks Robinson. He was released pending a municipal court appearance.
• Matthew Smith, 47, of Red Bank, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on April 20 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Cpl. John Waltz. He was released pending a municipal court appearance.
• Dean Collins, 36, of Fair Haven turned himself in at police headquarters on April 16 on an active warrant out of Atlantic Highlands. He was released after posting full bail. Cpl. John Waltz was the arresting officer.
• Michael Gilson, 59, of Little Silver, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on March 29 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Brooks Robinson. He was released pending a municipal court appearance.
• Greg Fremgen, 48, of Sea Bright, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on March 16 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and refusal to submit to breath samples by Patrolman Brooks Robinson. He was released pending a municipal court appearance.
• Nicholas Gil, 24, of Port Monmouth, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on March 5 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Gil was also found to have an active warrant out of Holmdel in the amount of $1,000. He was released after posting full bail. Sgt. Stephen Schneider was the arresting officer.
