The weekend will start with a DWI checkpoint in Monmouth County starting on Friday night and running into early Saturday morning, the Monmouth County DWI Task Force announced.

Starting at 9 p.m. and running through 1 a.m. on Saturday, all vehicles traveling north on Route 9 will be diverted into the Crunch Fitness parking lot. There, Marlboro police and Task Force members will screen drivers for sobriety.
