A 23-year-old man accused of killing a man by running him over with his vehicle in February has been extradited back to New Jersey from Florida, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago announced on Friday.

• Brian Kavanagh, 49, of Swimming River Road in Colts Neck, was arrested on July 14 by Patrolman Ryan Riffert and charged with disorderly conduct.
He was released pending a court date.
• On July 15, Patrolman Nicholas Haines arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from Red Bank and charged him with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was released pending a court date.
