Police Report: Theft, Criminal Mischief, DWI, Marijuana, Assault, Disorderly, Privacy Invasion

The following October criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• The theft of a black Mongoose mountain bike, valued at $400, from a locked bike rack in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Oct. 28.

Patrolman Ashon Lovick took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief at Count Basie Park was reported. A garage door in the south entrance of the park was reported to be damaged. The lower panel of the door was reportedly off the track and appeared to be pushed or pulled towards the outside of the garage; and a golf cart parked close by reportedly showed damage, indicating that it may have struck the door.

• The theft of keys from an unlocked parked vehicle the area of Riverview Plaza was reported on Oct. 27. Surveillance video captured three unknown people entering the vehicle before fleeing on foot.

• The theft of an unsecured navy blue beach cruiser bike, with a yellow bell and a basket on the handle bars, from the area of White Street, was reported by phone on Oct. 13.

Sgt. Jorge Torres took the report.

• The theft of an unsecured small light purple BMX bike, valued at $330, from the area of West Front Street, was reported on Oct. 12.

Patrolman Piero Vescio took the report.

• The theft of a red beach cruiser bike, valued at $150, from Count Basie Fields in the area of Mohawk Lane, was reported on Oct. 11.

Patrolman Garrett Falco took the report.

• The theft of an unsecured blue beach cruiser bike, valued at $600, from the front of the library in the area of West Front Street was reported on Oct. 7.

SLEO James Courtney took the report.

• The theft of a 4-x3-foot black chalkboard sign with a white frame, valued at $85, from the front of a restaurant in the area of White Street, was reported on Oct. 6.

Arrests

• Jaron Blanco-Garro, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 29 and charged with invasion of privacy by Lt. Wendy Samis.

• James Boggs, 47, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of E. Newman Springs Road on Oct. 28 and charged with defiant trespass and contempt of court by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Giovani Gonzalez-Garcia, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Oct. 28 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Alexis Hancock, 23, of Point Pleasant, was arrested in the area of S. Pearl Street on Oct. 28 and charged with possession of mariijunana and contempt of court by Patrolman Luke Cahill.

• Ghuman Abudlmomin, 28, of Melville, NY, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Oct. 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and possession of prescription legend drugs by SLEO Andrew Todd.

• Marcus Cummings, 28, of Keyport, was arrested in the area of Coopers Bridge on Oct. 26 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Dillon Rahim, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of English Plaza on Oct. 25 and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest by Patrolman Thomas Doremus.

• Jose Gilberto Garcia-Lopez, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on Oct. 19 and charged with simple assault by Sgt. Heather Pubylski.

• Robert Hernandez, 61, of Floral Park, NY, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on Oct. 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.

• Anthony Marino, 62, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Route 520 on Oct. 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Joseph Miller, 63, of Brick, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Oct. 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman George Travostino.

• Ryan Mason, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Prospect Avenue on Oct. 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe.

• Gabriella Boland, 20, of Iselin, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Oct. 19 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Karina McDonald, 50, of Tampa, FL, was arrested in the area of Route 520 on Oct. 18 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Sharon Molner-Petruska, 49, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Oct. 17 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Hawar Shawki, 33, of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested in the area of McClaren Street on Oct. 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.

• Michelle Hernandez, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of E. Sunset Avenue on Oct. 12 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Luis Correa-Ortiz, 33, of Reading, PA, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 11 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Gina Fontanetta, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Elm Place on Oct. 8 and charged with contempt of court and obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Ricardo Luna-Tecuapacho, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 5 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and contempt of court by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Nicole Stetson, 35, of Barnegat, was arrested in the area of North Bridge Avenue on Oct. 5 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Luke Cahill.

• Shannen McCue, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Manor Drive on Oct. 1 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Michael Montefinese, 22, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Manor Drive and charged with resisting arrest by force and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.

**Police reported 24 arrests solely on contempt of court warrants.**
