The following January criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The theft of an 8-inch Samsung tab-A tablet, valued at $150, from an unattended bag at a Yoga class on Broad Street was reported on Jan. 29.
Patrolman Patrick Kennedy took the report.
• The theft of a UPS-delivered package containing a pair of frosted spruce men’s size 7 Nike Air Fear of God 1 sneakers, valued at $538.95, was reported on Jan. 18.
Patrolman Cevin Albert took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the are of West Front Street was reported on Jan. 6. A large rock was thrown through a window. The damage is estimated at roughly $5,000.
Patrolman Piero Vescio took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of East Sunset Avenue was reported on Jan. 18. Eggs were reportedly thrown at a parked vehicle.
Patrolman Milton Gray IV took the report.
• The theft of an unlocked black electric bicycle with large black tires and a red and black seat, valued at $1,500, from the rear of a building in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Jan. 5. Surveillance video shows white male in his late 30s or early 40s with a short beard and wearing a paid shirt riding away on the bike.

Arrests
• Eric Martinez, 28, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Jan. 30 and charged with possession of marijuana and contempt of court by Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe.
• Christine Jannelli, 39, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Jan. 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Saul Rivera-Garcia, 22, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on Jan. 26 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• Jonathan Morris, 23, of Old Bridge, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on Jan. 26 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• Michael Leahy, 22, of Morganville, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on Jan. 26 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Jhontathan Quispe.
• Chelsea Sherrill, 23, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Jan. 24 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Najahee Tyler, 23, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Water Street on Jan. 23 and charged with criminal mischief by Inv. Sean Hauschilt.
• Ryan Carpenito, 40, of Little Silver, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Jan. 23 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Foysol Ali, 32, of New York, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Jan. 23 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• James Tagliaferro, 28, of Staten Island, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on Jan. 21 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Nina Ferrante, 35, of Oceanport, was arrested in the area of Riverview Plaza on Jan. 20 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• James Donkor, 24, of Bronx, NY, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Jan. 18 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
• John Underwood, 54, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Jan. 17 and charged with contempt of court and criminal simulation by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Jeffrey Gordon, 49, of Shrewsbury, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 17 and charged with possession of an assault weapon, large capacity ammo magazine and dealing a firearm by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Isabella Glidden, 19, of Little Silver, was arrested in the area of Chestnut Avenue on Jan. 15 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
• Vincent Parise, 39, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 14 and charged with theft by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
• Dennis Dunn, 49, of West Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on Jan. 10 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), prescription legend drugs and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Daniel Schneider, 23, of Shrewsbury, was arrested in the area of South Bridge Avenue on Jan. 10 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Peiro Vescio.
• Michael Pullaro, 52, of West Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on Jan. 10 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Donald Antenucci, 18, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Locust Avenue on Jan. 9 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Ian Russell, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Jan. 6 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Michael Maiello, 22, of Colts Neck, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 5 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Michael Bryan-Rubenzer, 25, of Ocean, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Jan. 5 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
• Milton Barahona-Miron, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Herbert Street on Jan. 3 and charged with aggravated assault by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Nicole Gnadinger, 30, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Jan. 1 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• James Herro, 61, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Jan. 1 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Tyler Warner, 28, of Bayside, NY, was arrested in the area of Wharf Avenue on Jan. 1 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Nicholas Bonura, 29, of Laurence Harbor, was arrested in the area of Warf Avenue on Jan. 1 and charged with obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Kevin Alberto-Oliva, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on Jan. 1 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Eduardo Lin-Rojas, 23, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on Jan. 1 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
